Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals and enhance our online presence.
- Create and curate engaging content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge success and adjust strategies for optimal engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community relations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms to keep our approach fresh and innovative.
- Conduct regular reporting on social media performance and present findings and suggestions to the marketing team.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting specific audiences to drive traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics and overall performance.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to execute innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
